The Allen Memorial Art Museum has offered free admission since its founding in 1917. In addition to installations of its collection of more than 15,000 works of art, the Allen presents changing exhibitions on specific artists or ideas. The Bill Long Foundation is a membership-powered community foundation that gives grants to support projects and activities in Oberlin that address basic human needs or enrich cultural life. Membership in the foundation is open to all. Members elect volunteer trustees who manage all operations and award grants based on the vote of members attending the annual meeting.

Common Ground is home to summer day camps for youth, adult team-building programs, and custom-designed seminars. We have a top-rated zipline canopy tour open to the public, the proceeds from which are reinvested in our youth programs.

Founded in 1980, the Community Foundation of Lorain County's mission is to connect people who care with causes that matter. We work with donors to establish their charitable legacies and with nonprofit organizations and schools to manage their endowment funds.  The Foundation make strategic grants to local organizations and strives to serve as a leader of the community.

Community Hub is a software company that develops ''Environmental Dashboards'' for organizations and whole communities. Products include ''Building Dashboard'' and ''Citywide Dashboard'', which translate real-time data on energy and water flows and environmental conditions into visualizations that engage, and motivate resource conservation.  Our ''Community Voices'' and ''Community Calendar'' applications share and celebrate positive thoughts, actions and events that build and strengthen community.  Used in combination with our digital signage, phone app, and web inserts, our software is designed to empower sustainable community development and resilience in the face of a rapidly changing world.

Founded in 1979, The Firelands Association for the Visual Arts is an independent, non-profit art organization in Oberlin, Ohio dedicated to enhancing public appreciation of and participation in the visual arts through exhibitions and related educational and community activities. FAVA presents changing exhibitions of high quality artwork in a variety of styles and media and classes for people of all ages and skill levels.

Kendal at Oberlin, a Life Plan Community (also known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community), offers a wellness-focused, resident-led lifestyle for independent living.  When needed, Kendal's Stephens Care Center provides person-centered care for memory support, assisted living and nursing care.

The League of Women Voters of the Oberlin Area, the only League in Lorain County, is a nonpartisan political organization that promotes informed and active participation in government. We welcome members from the entire county.

Lorain County Health & Dentistry is an independent, non-profit, charitable 501c(3) organization in operation since 2002. A Community Health Center, we provide primary and preventive medical, dental, vision, and behavioral healthcare to all persons regardless of ability to pay.

To address unmet need and improve the communityÆs health, Lorain County Health & Dentistry has expanded and now operates 7 sites in Lorain, Elyria and Oberlin. Over the years, we have provided more than 878,000 doctor and dentist visits to the most vulnerable in our community. The Lorain County Metro Parks system has been established for the responsible use, enjoyment and accessibility of every citizen of Lorain County. The Park District is supported by a 1.6-mill levy property tax, earned income and a variety of sponsors and gifts. Park patrons are able to engage in a wide array of opportunities for experiencing the natural, cultural and recreational assets of Lorain County. Metro Parks public programs are offered year-round for all ages and abilities on a wide variety of topics.

Mercy Health Allen Hospital has been the health care provider for the Oberlin community and beyond since its beginning in 1907. Today Mercy Health Allen Hospital continues that care by providing top quality medical care in a personalized, friendly environment. MHAH provides a wide array of health care services for central and southern Lorain County residents including inpatient, rehab therapy, emergency care, and surgical services. MHAH is an Acute Care Hospital with Critical Access Hospital designation.

The Natural Stone Institute is a trade association representing every aspect of the natural stone industry. The current membership exceeds 2,000 members in over 50 countries. The association offers a wide array of technical and training resources, professional development opportunities, regulatory advocacy, and networking events. Two prominent publicationsùthe Dimension Stone Design Manual and Building Stone Magazineùraise awareness within the natural stone industry and in the design community for best practices and uses of natural stone.

The Northern Ohio Youth Orchestra (NOYO) exists to provide a progressive orchestra program with challenging educational musical opportunities in orchestral and small ensemble training and performing for young instrumentalists under the guidance of professional musicians, using the resources of the Oberlin Conservatory of Music.

Now in its 48th season, the Northern Ohio Youth Orchestra has been providing the finest orchestral training to the youth of Northern Ohio since 1969. NOYO is a regional orchestral training program that attracts gifted young musicians ages 8-22, from Toledo to Cleveland. Its ensembles perform three concerts at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music.  The Northern Ohio Youth Orchestras is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization

The Cable Co-op is a major provider of internet access and cable TV to the town of Oberlin. We are Ohio's only community-owned, non-profit telecommunications company offering standard cable, digital and HD services, and high-speed internet. We are governed by a Board of Trustees elected by Oberlin Cable Co-op subscribers and staffed by local technicians. We are able to meet the telecommunication needs of all Oberlin residents and businesses at costs 25-35% less than surrounding communities.

Founded in 1955, Oberlin Community Services (OCS) is a responsive community organization that provides direct assistance, referrals, and other services to Oberlin and southern Lorain County residents who struggle to meet basic needs. By the measure of clients served, we are the largest ôsafety-netö agency in our service area. We are dedicated to our clients and strive to ensure their dignity and long-term well-being. Our choice food pantry, which is open 5 days/week, offers fresh produce, meat and specialty breads as well as non-perishable staple foods. Other programs include The People's Garden, client counseling and financial assistance, women's empowerment workshops, community building events, and volunteer and community service opportunities
